* Lead, coach and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives to exceed targets
* Manage KPIs and deliver regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 coaching
* Plan and implement local sales campaigns to drive customer engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and business customers
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Responsibilities
* Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
* Overseeing the effective management of all Parts and consumable stocks
* As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
* Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development
