The Role:
Technical developer Role requires strong knowledge in Dynamics CRM 365, ensuring seamless execution
Key responsibilities:
* Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements
* Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* Fit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gaps
* Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations and data migration
* Providing guidance to development team and testing team on overall solution.
* Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system
* Review of code and review of functional test cases. Customize and configure CRM components like entities, workflows, plugins, and business processes to meet business requirements.
* Ensure security compliance by managing roles, permissions, and on-premises authentication setups (Active Directory, ADFS).
* Ensure adherence to best practice and coding standards in custom development.
* The ability to understand, support, modify and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.
* Assist in data migration, data modeling, and entity management within Dynamics 365
* Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations
* Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to deliver effective solutions
* Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)
* Excellent documentation and articulation skills
* Very high Proficiency in Technical and deployment architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* Very high proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE Configuration and Customization
* Good Proficiency in Solution architecture and design concepts
* Good Proficiency in overall system integrations using Azure integration platform
* Proficiency in reports development using Power BI, SSRS
* Good understanding of functional modules such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Knowledge of SSIS and integration
* Knowledge of Azure services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions
* Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation
* Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management practices and DevOps tools
* Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365
* Understanding of user experience principles for CRM interfaces
Experience Required
* Experience of working in onsite-offshore model Experience of preparing Knowledge based articles and standard operating procedures
* Exposure to IT service management processes and tools like ServiceNow
* Excellent communication
* Experience in Stakeholder management and collaboration
