The Board of Directors of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”), are looking to appoint an outstanding Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our proud and successful team in supporting 13 schools across Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire.

Key duties will include:-
* Posting invoices and PO’s
* Posting credit card expenses
* Setting up new suppliers
* Processing of BACS
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Journal postings
* Prime contact for Finance Communications.
The MAC is seeking a highly motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in schools’ finance as well as excellent communication skills.
