Installation Team Manager – HV Projects
Location: Bristol + UK-wide travel
Salary: Competitive + 20% Bonus + vehicle

Ready to step into a key leadership role helping deliver major renewable energy projects across the UK? We're looking for an Installation Team Manager to lead multi-site project delivery teams and drive the successful installation of critical electrical infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead and support installation teams across UK project sites
* Oversee site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, budget and project timelines are met
* Conduct regular site audits and ensure best-in-class H&S standards
* Mentor and develop site teams, identifying skills gaps and training needs
* Coordinate closely with site and project managers on resource planning and project progress
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team performance
* Maintain clear communication between site teams and senior leadership
* Ensure accurate reporting, documentation and commercial awareness on live projects
What we're looking for
* Proven leadership and people-management experience
* Background in electrical or civils installation (HV / utilities / energy preferred)
* SMSTS qualification (or willing to work towards it)
* IOSH and management training desirable
* Strong communicator with excellent organisational and reporting skills
* Able to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays
* Full UK driving licence
