Key Responsibilities: Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination among staff. Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team with scheduling, candidate interviews, and onboarding processes. Financial Administration: Manage budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team. Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Team Leadership: Mentor and support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Client Interaction: Address client inquiries and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices. Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A proactive approach and a positive attitude.
