As the International Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the global presence of our eco-friendly products. Details Reports to: Head of International Sales Location: Hybrid – 2 -3 days p.w. in the Radlett HQ (Handley Page Way, AL2 2DQ), 2-3 days remote. Occasional European travel & key trade shows. Job Purpose Grow Good Ventures’ wholesale revenue by (1) expanding existing distributor & key‑account business and (2) winning new partners that fit our brand strategy and margin targets. Key Responsibilities Account Management Own the P&L, margin and promo budget for assigned territories/accounts. Monitor customer performance and course‑correct to grow revenue Build and deliver biannual Joint Business Plans; sell in NPD and effectively communicate all product changes and business updates throughout the year Coordinate stock and order requirements with Operations Create a bespoke marketing and promotional calendar with customers; Coordinate launches, training and trade marketing with Marketing & Ops teams. Organise in store brand ambassador visits (if relevant in assigned territory) Build amazing relationships with our partners, working alongside them to reach yearly targets by growth existing accounts and scaling up within their markets Business Development Suggest and agree on a strategic approach, map white‑space, identify and qualify new distributors/retailers for assigned territories. Lead outreach, pitch and contract negotiation up to signature. Manage registration requirement and work with the Head of Products to ensure product compliance in the assigned territories Analyse market trends, competitor launches and economic outlook and share insights with the rest of the team Conduct market research to understand how we can improve performance in existing markets and identify opportunities for future expansion Data & Reporting Develop and agree annual top down sales forecasts for allocated accounts. Flag all additional stock requirements regularly with Operations. Agree annual budget by account. Track and report account spend accurately on a monthly basis and adjust budget to meet ROI targets. Monitor retailer sellout (if relevant in assigned territories) on a regular basis. Report account and pipeline status each month. Complete all necessary administrative tasks required by the allocated customers, including onboarding documentation, new line forms etc. Able to calculate prices and ROI for special promotions. Support the rest of the team with ad hoc administrative tasks, special project (e.g. trade shows) and reports when necessary Collaboration & Leadership Act as main point of contact for the allocated customers Act as the primary interface between customers and internal departments Share best practice with the rest of the team where relevant Able to collaborate with the direct and wide team and contribute to a supportive team culture. Key Performance Indicators Revenue vs. budget – meet or exceed agreed targets Gross‑profit vs budget – meet or exceed agreed targets New wins – target for new doors / outreach revenue. Promo ROI Customer feedback. Requirements Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to hit the ground running, work independently and confidently take on a variety of tasks as needed 5 years experience managing sizable international distributors within the beauty sector & business development experience required. USA experience beneficial Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; comfortable with data‑led decision‑making. Track record of delivering sales growth, negotiating commercial terms and managing P&L and budgets. Strong organisational skill and able to follow a process Strong relationship builder, negotiator and persuasive communicator. Fluent written and spoken English required. Additional European language(s) desirable. Knowledge of and passion for natural & sustainable beauty.
