What does a day look like:
Helping style customers, unpack new stock, answering calls, answering emails, assist with online orders. All of the team will help keep our showroom store to a high standard. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
* Resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
* Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
* Collaborate with other departments to address and solve customer issues.
Location:
* Allens Farm, Wivenhoe Road, Colchester, C07 7BN
Hours:
- 2 days, Saturday and Sunday (10-5pm, 10-4pm)
* Additional days can be worked through the week
* Arrive 15 minutes before opening hours
* Working up-to 24 hours per week

Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
