Change Manager
Salary: Circa £50,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
Contract Types: Permanent and 12‑Month Fixed‑Term
Hours: 37 hours per week – Full Time (flexibility for part‑time considered)
Location: Huntingdon or Lincoln – Hybrid
At Anglian Water, we’re committed to delivering projects that make a real difference. As a Change Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring change initiatives succeed by focusing on the people side of change – helping individuals adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
What You Will Be Doing
* Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes.
* Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers.
* Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management.
* Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.
* Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.
* Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.
What It Takes to Be a Change Manager
* Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven experience delivering people‑focused change projects.
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.
* Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.
