Job Title: Technical Services Manager
Location: West London(On-site, 5 days per week)
Salary: £60,000 + Company Car + Bonus
Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a leading facilities management provider operating within a major UK aviation environment. This role is based full-time on site and will oversee the delivery of maintenance and facilities services across West London.
You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of critical building systems within a fast-paced aviation setting.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of multi-skilled engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance across terminal facilities
*
Ensure all service delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance standards
*
Oversee maintenance activities across a range of building services within a live aviation environment
*
Drive high standards of health, safety, and operational performance
*
Manage subcontractors and specialist service providers where required
*
Monitor performance, reporting, and service improvements to ensure optimal operational delivery
*
Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and facilities services
Requirements
*
Strong background in facilities management, ideally managing hard services, soft services, or integrated FM contracts
*
Demonstrated experience managing engineering or maintenance teams
*
Technical or engineering qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
*
Strong knowledge of building services maintenance and compliance standards
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to operate effectively in a high-profile, safety-critical environment
