Your Role: First Contact : Manage urgent and non-urgent cases, providing essential medical advice. NHS Pathways Software : Assess patients’ conditions and direct them to the appropriate healthcare professional or service. Advanced Training : Use your advanced listening and probing skills to ensure every patient receives clear advice and is signposted correctly.
