Financial Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our team, responsible for driving business performance and optimising value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in leading month-end close processes, building control frameworks, and working with external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Catalysing optimal business performance by reviewing and challenging new business from operational and performance perspectives, providing financial oversight and making recommendations to the Managing Director.
* Leading the business planning process, reviewing and challenging operational assumptions, and providing accurate and insightful financial information to support business plans.
* Driving business risk management, identifying potential opportunities, and shaping the future of the business.
Requirements:
* Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with considerable post-qualified experience in business finance and accounting roles.
* Experience in successfully leading and developing a finance team, with a focus on technical and soft skills development.
* A proven track record in creating a positive and engaging work environment, driving talent attraction and retention, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
