Responsibilities
* Coordinate timetables for exams and assessments.
* Manage exam materials and coordinate invigilation support.
* Troubleshoot issues that arise during the exam process to ensure a smooth environment.
* Support the MIS team with enrolments and maintenance of accurate learner records.
* Provide front-line support and behind-the-scenes organisation to keep processes running smoothly.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration and data management, with a strong track record of accuracy.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with learners, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Able to plan effectively, meet deadlines, and manage periods of high workload efficiently.
* English and Maths at Level 4 or equivalent.
* DBS checks are completed via a third-party registered body (uCheck). Your data is handled according to the DBS Code of Practice, available from the DBS website. DBS checks are one of several methods used to assess candidates\' suitability to work with children and young adults.
