Role Description
This full-time role as a Rental Workshop Manager is based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, with the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. The manager will oversee the rental operations, including the management of rental equipment, coordinating leases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities involve scheduling and planning for rentals, maintaining equipment and documentation, collaborating with clients to meet their needs, and providing outstanding customer support. Interaction with both the management/sales team and external clients will be key to this role\'s success.
Qualifications
* Experience in Equipment Rental Management and Administration to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients.
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and collaboration with team members and customers.
* Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage workflows and address challenges as they arise.
* Previous experience in equipment maintenance and management in the energy sector is considered a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable, but equivalent professional experience will count greatly for the successful candidate.
