Are you a technically strong Private Client Tax professional who thrives on complex advisory work?

With offices across the central belt, their Private Client team is one of the largest and most respected in Scotland — advising on wealth preservation, tax and succession planning, trusts, executries, and estates for HNWI's, landed estates, rural business and SME owners.
The Opportunity:
As a key member of the firm’s Private Client Tax team, you’ll deliver strategic tax and succession advice across a wide spectrum of matters, including:
1. Inheritance Tax planning (including APR and BPR)
2. Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax structuring
3. Trust and executry taxation
4. Tax implications of land transactions and heritable property
You’ll work alongside highly experienced Tax Partners and senior advisors, benefiting from strong collaboration across Private Client, Land & Rural Business, and Real Estate teams.
About You
5. ATT, CTA or qualified Solicitor
6. Technical competence in personal tax advisory work
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
8. Confident in advising HNW individuals, families, and business owners
9. A team-player who enjoys mentoring, business development, and cross-service collaboration#
10. STEP or TEP qualification is welcomed (and study support is available).
