About the Role
Behind every safe home is a well-managed contract. As part of our Property Operations Department (POD), you'll be a vital administrative link between Curo and our specialist contractors, ensuring our property safety obligations are fulfilled.
The POD supports various Property Services teams across Curo. This role focuses on administration, communication, and coordination, rather than technical tasks.
Apply your organisational talents to manage documentation, contractor relationships, and internal processes, making a genuine difference to residents' safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the primary contact for contractors, internal teams, and customers
* Maintain records of regulatory certificates and contracts to ensure compliance
* Manage contract meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions
* Monitor contractor performance, track KPIs, and flag issues promptly
* Handle supplier invoices, identify discrepancies, and ensure value for money
* Support internal teams with project coordination
* Assist in resolving customer concerns related to contractor work in homes

About You
You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills with a commitment to quality and safety. You can handle multiple priorities accurately, pride yourself on record-keeping, and foster positive relationships with contractors and colleagues. Comfortable with computer systems and customer service, you have a flexible approach to supporting various teams within the Property Operations Department.
