The Role As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you’ll play a vital part in helping pupils develop their confidence, curiosity, and independence as they progress through Key Stage 2. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire a love of learning. Assessing pupil progress and providing effective feedback to support individual growth. Creating a positive, well-managed classroom where every child feels included and supported. Working collaboratively with colleagues and the SLT to share best practice and enhance learning outcomes. Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support children’s development.
