On the back of an ever-increasing workload, Circet UK is looking for an experienced Stores Administrator to complement our existing team.
As a Stores Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all stock control and administration at our Slough store location, reporting to the Stores and Facility Managers. This position requires flexibility in working hours and may involve duties beyond normal responsibilities.
Responsibilities as Stores Administrator include:
* Working in a busy stores environment.
* Controlling and recording goods inwards and outwards.
* Maintaining minimum stock levels.
* Conducting weekly stock takes.
* Placing pole orders.
* Updating stock management systems on orders and issuing materials.
* Managing plant and tools issue.
* Ordering materials.
* Managing emails.
* Performing other ad hoc duties as necessary.
Experience and knowledge required:
* Relevant experience in Stores/Warehouse administration.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under supervision.
* High attention to detail and quick learning ability.
* Hardworking, flexible, and reliable.
* Good communication and computer skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask.
