Overview
We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented individual to support our Student Information Services team as an Administrator (Exams). The role focuses on exam processes and student data, ensuring accuracy and high customer service across the college.
Responsibilities
* Administer exam processes including registrations, entries, certification, and secure handling of materials.
* Maintain accurate student records from enrolment through to achievement.
* Support timetabling and course set‑up within the student information system.
* Provide high‑quality customer service to students and staff across all sites.
* Assist with audits, reporting and continuous improvement of data processes.
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience), and willingness to work towards Level 3.
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
* Recent experience in a student data‑related or similar administrative role.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
