We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help keep our growth engine humming. It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll be close to the action, supporting outreach, content and client communication.
What you’ll be doing
* Research new leads and support outreach via LinkedIn, email and HubSpot (our CRM)
* Keep the sales pipeline organised: update records, track progress and chase follow‑ups
* Write short, engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with our tone of voice and content pillars
* Schedule and post content across LinkedIn and other platforms
* Prep and format marketing materials and proposals (PowerPoint, Word, Canva)
* Track campaign results and help us test what’s working
What you’ve got
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience juggling multiple priorities and managing data or content
* CRM confidence – especially HubSpot, or quick to learn
* Solid organisation and attention to detail
* Sharp writing skills and a knack for making content stand out
* You’re not a designer, but can make things look good in Canva
* Background in B2B, consulting or the public sector
* Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for research or content and enjoyed it
