Pay: £43,000.00 - £45,500.00 per year. Starting Salary: £43,000 (PIP) - £45,500 (WCA) + bonus scheme and benefits. Location: Hybrid (office and home working) Reading. Hours: Monday to Friday 9 – 5. Roles for Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists and Paramedics. Responsibilities
* You will undertake a combination of file-work, face-to-face and telephone/video assessments with customers in relation to PIP OR ESA benefits.
* Provide comprehensive reports to enable decision makers at DWP to make informed decisions regarding benefit claims. Assessments focus on how a disability affects a customer’s day to day life and performing work related activities.
* Work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 2 days per week at one of our consultation centres.

* Salary uplift: £1000 after 6 months, plus a further £1000 after 12 months.

* 9am – 5pm contracts with no nights; weekends not required.

Requirements
* One year’s post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist or physiotherapist.
* Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or other), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN.
* Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and dig deeper.
* The ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
