Location: Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: £40,000-50,000pa
Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a well known, sustainable cosmetics company that require a Temporary Packaging Designer to cover them on a short-term basis in Gillingham, Dorset.

What's required?
* Briefing suppliers & liaising with them on tooling projects
* Signing off technical drawings & reviewing samples
* Providing a packaging risk assessment
* Requesting line trials & liaising with the production team on new projects
* Liaising with the purchasing team to request initial costs, lead time and MOQ details
* Assessing testing requirements
* Conducting transit trials and signing off
* Reviewing artworks and providing technical feedback
* Attending first off production runs to sign off packaging
* General admin; briefing change requests, e-filing drawings and development data
Experienced needed?
1. Related degree
2. IOP diploma
3. Over 5 years of experience within a packaging development role
