Position: Dispatch Administrator
Location: Littlehampton
Reporting to: Supervisor
This would be a 3-month contract with the potential opportunity of an extension after the initial 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the logistics of managing inbound and outbound stock
2. Liasing with suppliers and contractors to arrange collections and timely despatch of orders.
3. Responsible for processing paperwork with regards to orders and shipments
4. Producing despatch notes and confirming with Customer Services
5. Handle routine emails and telephone enquiries.
6. Working closely with our Customer Services department on current stock and requirements
7. Monitoring of stock and the stores’ function
8. Conducting stock checks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
9. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
10. Experience in an administrative role.
11. Despatch/Logistics experience.
12. Ability to follow instructions and excellent attention to detail.
13. Able to quickly adapt, with an enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business as required.
14. Have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment an advantage, but not essential.
Shift: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 15:00
Rates: £12 per hour
