We have an urgent requirement for a CRM Executive to join a leading organization.
This will be a 3-month hybrid role.
What you will be doing:
1. Supporting the CRM strategy to improve customer loyalty and retention
2. Working with the CRM Manager to plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns
3. Delivering flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLAs
4. Using reporting tools to analyze email statistics and report on consumer insights, content, and performance
5. Analyzing the performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development
What they are looking for:
* Previous experience in CRM marketing
* Experience with Adobe Campaign is essential
* Experience in end-to-end email campaign development and automation
