Technical Systems Lead
Permanent – 36.25 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Systems Lead to join our IT team based in Elgin. In this role, you will oversee the management, development, and delivery of IT systems across the organisation, ensuring business continuity and alignment with the IT strategy and annual plan.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, POS systems, SharePoint, and end-user devices.
- Ensure the availability, performance, security, and resilience of all systems across the organisation.
- Have experience working in an IT environment, including help desk support and project management.
- Possess knowledge of cybersecurity management, with experience in threat detection, incident response, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems align with business requirements.
- Hold a degree in an IT-related discipline or possess equivalent experience.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation, and diplomacy skills.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to IT staff.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
