What you’ll be doing:
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the high standards of this award-winning restaurant and hotel:
6. Lead the kitchen to maintain 2 AA Rosette food standards
7. Achieve and exceed gross profit targets
8. Train and develop the team on dish specs and food margins
9. Manage stock ordering and deliveries, avoiding over-ordering
10. Maintain accurate records and minimise waste
11. Oversee stock rotation and ensure storage areas are kept tidy
12. Follow budgets, health & safety, and food hygiene compliance

13. A talented and creative chef with proven experience at Head Chef or senior level
14. A leader who can motivate and train a kitchen team to deliver exceptional results
