JOB ROLE
As a Phlebotomist, you will play a key role in the collection and management of blood samples from healthy volunteer donors. This isn't your standard Phlebotomist role, you will have much more variation in your work with administrative and client facing aspects giving you opportunity to build trusted relationships with donors.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be right for this role if you have:
* Certification in phlebotomy with proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or research setting.
* Confidence in performing venepuncture and managing samples with accuracy and care.
* Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working with nervous or first-time donors.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This position is permanent, onsite 5 days per week, based in Guildford.
