Customer Advisor – Operations Team, Coventry
We’re looking for Customer Advisors to work within our Operations Team in Coventry. The role sits at the heart of our customer service, providing support 365 days a year.
Work Hours: 37 hours per week, shifts between 06:30 and 22:00, covering Saturday and Sunday (time off in the week).
Key Accountabilities
* Talk to customers over the phone to resolve queries quickly, aiming for first‑time resolution.
* Listen, support and guide customers through simple queries to complex complaints.
* Build rapport with customers and communicate clearly with internal and external departments.
Requirements
* Customer service or contact centre experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to empathise with customers.
* A natural flair for communicating and understanding the impact of problems on customers’ homes, health, and loved ones.
* Willingness to complete a comprehensive training programme to develop problem‑solving skills and product knowledge.
* Positive attitude, caring nature, and the right character to handle challenging situations.
