Job Description The Job Mission This hybrid role is based in Bridgwater, and we can only consider candidates within commutable distance or those willing to relocate, with relocation support available. You will join our two-year Graduate Programme supporting digital engineering and integration activities. You will develop technical, systems and data skills while contributing to live nuclear projects. • Rotate across teams, projects and customers to broaden industry exposure • Support digital engineering integration across project lifecycle stages • Assist with data analysis to improve engineering information flows • Contribute to systems coordination within regulated project environments • Work with mentors and technical experts to develop discipline knowledge • Participate in Graduate Forums and structured peer learning sessions • Support digital tools implementation across engineering functions • Contribute to process improvement and data-driven decision initiatives • Develop understanding of information management in complex infrastructure projects
