Senior Product Manager – Subscriptions (Remote, UK & Europe)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the end-to-end journey for subscription offerings, transforming insights into actionable product innovations.
* Build and execute product strategy for subscription products, from initial concept to launch and beyond.
* Own the customer lifecycle, optimizing sign-up, conversion, renewal, and churn management.
* Lead product discovery, working with data and users to determine future directions.
* Champion experimentation, developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and collaborating with data specialists for rapid learning.
* Collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer experience, and operations to ensure product initiatives are aligned with business goals.
* Monitor, report, and optimize key KPIs including churn, retention, LTV, and activation—seeking continuous improvement.
* Document progress, successes, and learnings, sharing insights to energize the team and leadership.
* Contribute to an agile and knowledge-sharing culture, providing frameworks and methods to the wider team.
What You’ll Need to Apply
* At least 7 years of hands-on digital product management experience, with a focus on end-to-end subscription journeys; experience with B2C/D2C physical goods or SaaS in high-growth companies is preferred.
* A proven track record of launching, scaling, and improving subscription models with measurable business results.
* Proficiency with analytics, experimentation, and customer research tools (GA4, Optimizely, Mixpanel, etc.).
* Deep experience working cross-functionally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
* Strong leadership in UX outcomes, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and architects.
* Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
* Self-motivated, quick learner, passionate about continuous improvement.
* Open, collaborative mindset; eager to share frameworks and contribute to team culture.
