We’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce & CRM Manager to lead the performance and optimisation of our clients DTC operations. This role is responsible for driving ecommerce trading, conversion optimisation and CRM lifecycle strategy to maximise digital revenue and customer lifetime value. Working closely with marketing, technology and operations teams, the successful candidate will ensure the Shopify website, CRM platforms and SEO strategy deliver a seamless customer journey and strong commercial results. You’ll also manage key agency partners supporting CRM technology, website development and SEO. The role Ecommerce Trading & Website Performance Own the day-to-day trading and performance of the Shopify websites Manage online merchandising, promotions and campaign execution Ensure the website is optimised for conversion, customer experience and revenue growth Conversion Rate Optimisation Develop and execute a structured CRO roadmap Run A/B testing across key pages including homepage, product pages and checkout Use customer behaviour data to reduce friction and improve conversion and AOV CRM & Customer Lifecycle Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, retention and re-engagement via a CRM agency Oversee campaign planning, segmentation and automated customer journeys Digital Platforms & SEO Manage key platforms including Shopify and CRM systems Work with agency partners to ensure strong technical performance and scalability Oversee SEO strategy to improve search visibility and organic traffic growth This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing, purpose-led BCorp DTC brand, driving digital performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
