Head Chef Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: Approximately £70,000 per annum + benefits

The Role We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen. This role is ideal for a high-calibre Sous Chef or Junior Head Chef currently working in, or recently trained by, a Michelin-starred independent restaurant, who is ready to step up into their first Head Chef position.
You will be responsible for driving the food offering forward, building and leading a strong team, and delivering a menu that celebrates seasonal produce, precision, and flavour.
Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and professional culture
Create and execute refined, seasonal, ingredient-driven menus
Maintain exceptional standards of consistency, technique, and presentation
Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, GP control, and compliance
Train and develop chefs, managing a diverse, multinational brigade
Take full ownership of the kitchen with a long-term vision for growth
Candidate Requirements Proven experience working in Michelin-level kitchens (ideal but not essential)
Background in independent restaurants rather than hotels
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multinational teams
A refined, seasonal, ingredient-led cooking style
Ambition to grow into and develop within a Head Chef role
A deep respect for produce, technique, and consistency
Location Preferences Candidates currently working in busy, high-quality restaurants are preferred
Experience in restaurants east of Regent Street or west of Park Lane will be viewed particularly favourably
Candidates may be based anywhere in London; there is no requirement to currently live in Mayfair
Whats on Offer Salary circa £70,000, depending on experience
