With an eye on succession planning, the business is keen to support the right individual to progress towards a Financial Adviser role in the coming years.
Role Summary:This is a unique opportunity to join a respected self-employed adviser as their right-hand support. You'll be central to the smooth running of client meetings, research, and compliance, with plenty of scope to grow. Full training is provided, and the role offers a defined pathway into financial advice within 5 years, including sponsorship towards professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pension, Investment and Protection research: deepen your market knowledge and analytical skills
* Preparing Discussion Documents for adviser meetings: contribute to personalised financial strategies
* Producing Suitability Reports: learn key regulatory and planning requirements
* Managing the adviser diary and annual reviews: ensure seamless client service
* Running the back-office system and acting as the main client contact: be the engine behind the adviser’s productivity
* Meeting and greeting clients: build rapport and maintain a welcoming office environment
Requirements:
* Ideally started (or keen to start) the CII Financial Adviser exams
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Comfortable with numbers and able to solve problems independently
* Confident communicator with a good phone manner
* Must have a driving licence and be able to work full-time in office
