Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
2. Oversee all aspects of design & build projects, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
3. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining high on-site standards
4. Provide leadership and support to project teams, including Site Managers
5. Conduct risk assessments, quality checks, and progress reporting
6. Maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure smooth project delivery
Essential Criteria
7. Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering construction projects £5m–£10m
8. Experience within the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors
9. Strong background in design & build contracts
10. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications
