As a 3rd Line Core Engineer, you will deliver high-quality core OS and infrastructure support for high-profile user communities, contributing to services that support important clients and stakeholders. In this role you will work alongside 2nd and 3rd Line engineers to manage and maintain core systems, monitor event-management tooling, triage incidents, and provide escalation support when needed.
