Responsibilities
* Personal care
* Medication reminders
* Food shopping
* Meal preparation
* Mobility support
* Companionship
* Light housework
* Up to £865 per week, base rate plus additional bonuses depending on the placement.
* Double pay on bank holidays.
* £50 weekly bonus when using your own car OR £25 per week with a driving licence only.
* All food expenses covered by the family or an agreed weekly food allowance paid to you directly.
* All travel fully reimbursed to and from your placement, including trains, flights, or mileage if you drive.
* Private room on every placement.

Requirements
* Be able to work independently without manager supervision in the care recipient's home.
* Ability to commit to placements for a minimum of 7 nights in the care recipient's home.
* Have at least 6 months of professional care experience.
* The ability to pass a background check (enhanced DBS in England and Wales, or a PVG in Scotland).
* The ability to provide 2 professional references that Elder can verify.
* A good level of spoken English.
* Right to work as self‑employed in the UK (no Student/Skilled worker visas).
