Aftersales Advisor Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6:00pm Salary: £28,000 An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s successful company. Responsibilities: Managing customer interactions and services Responsibility for communication between the customer and the workshop Responsible for scheduling appointments Scheduling appointments, coordinating with mechanics and technicians and managing service workflows. Addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately documenting and updating customer records What we would like from you: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. A positive and proactive attitude towards work and customer service.
