You will: Hold a Nursing Degree Have current NMC registration Have experience working within community, rehabilitation or long-term condition services Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills Be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Be flexible to meet the needs of the service and participate in community service delivery About The Company We change lives by transforming health and care.
