They are currently looking for a Garment Technologist to join there growing team and will work alongside our Design and Product teams.
This is an exciting role that will allow you to work with our extensive existing supply chain partners in Men's and Womenswear high end bespoke garment production. The label is known for craftsmanship, premium fabrics, and innovative design.

We’re looking for a skilled Garment Technician & Digital Pattern Cutter to join our Queen’s Park studio full time — someone who understands how to turn creative design intent into technically perfect, production-ready garments.
Software: PAD Systems (Gerber or Lectra skills transferable) Zedonk PLM and BOM
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain spec sheets including illustrations, technical drawings, measurements, and construction details for sampling and production.
* Measure and fit samples throughout development, collaborating closely with the designer and product development team.
* Update product spec sheets with fit comments, feedback, and clear technical instructions for suppliers.
* Create and manage pattern grading rules and measurement charts across all product groups, ensuring consistent sizing and fit standards.
* Oversee the full garment cycle – samples, production, and QC.
* Liaise with factories and suppliers in Asia and Europe, resolving technical queries quickly and ensuring production timelines are achieved.
* Manage and maintain the digital pattern database within PAD Systems (Gerber or Lectra experience transferable).
* Check and amend digitised and graded patterns, verifying sizing and ensuring brand consistency.
* Execute made-to-measure adjustments and pattern amendments as required.
* Distribute production and sample patterns, grade charts, and documentation to manufacturers.
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Garment Technician or Digital Pattern Cutter within luxury fashion, RTW, or uniform manufacturing.
* Proficient in PAD Systems, or equivalent (Gerber/Lectra).
* Excellent knowledge of pattern cutting, grading rules, fit, and garment construction.
* Sharp technical eye with strong attention to detail and precision.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
