An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Services Manager, Mobility & Relocation to work remotely in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the day to day operations of the International Mobility & Relocation team
* Oversee a team of Mobility & Relocation Consultants, ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, review client needs and provide advice to add value to their global mobility program
* Oversee Destination Services, Household Goods Moving, Temporary Accommodation, Visa & Immigration and Tax & Compensation
* Regularly attend client meetings to build and maintain excellent relationships and to discuss any issues
* Train and coach the Mobility & Relocation team, upskilling where possible to create a high performing team
* Work closely with clients to understand their talent mobility goals and make policy recommendations as needed
* Review data to monitor performance to ensure excellent service delivery, identifying and making improvements where possible
Main Requirements:
* Over 5 years Client Services, Account Management or Service Delivery experience gained in the Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility or Assignment Services
* Extensive knowledge of Relocation & Global Mobility with the ability to understand talent mobility needs and global mobility policies
* Experience managing and coaching employees
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
* Bachelors degree preferred
