Overview
Ward 10 is a 26‑bedded acute gastroenterology unit based in the tower block on the second floor of the Aintree site. Our experienced team of medical and nursing staff treat a diverse range of conditions, specialising in liver disease and the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tract disorders.
Responsibilities
* Support the ward manager and the wider team.
* Develop leadership skills.
* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
* Manage sickness and absence.
* Coordinate rostering.
* Support training compliance and education.
* Maintain working relationships with HR department.
* Maintain quality and safety.
