GOC Estate Agents is a family-owned Estate and Letting Agency located in Stranmillis, Belfast. Having been in business for nearly 30 years, we are well known in the area for providing excellent customer service within the residential sales and lettings sector in Belfast and across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth within the company, we are now seeking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our busy team. The main duties of this role will be to support the directors in their day-to-day sales operations. The Role: Field telephone calls Book appointments Create new property listings Update the window and office marketing displays Create marketing brochures Set up new developments for marketing Social Media marketing Create and send lease agreements All-round administrative support to directors Key record management General office duties Any ad hoc duties as requested by management The ideal candidate: Good level of literacy and numeracy to include English and Maths GCSE or equivalent to grade C or above Enthusiastic team player Confident communicator Excellent attention to detail Excellent organiser IT literate Proficient time manager One year of administration experience is essential Previous experience within an estate agency would be desirable but not essential Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday Friday and every third Saturday 10.00am - 12.30pm on a rota basis.
