We are seeking a passionate and driven SENDCo to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Northampton. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity to shape SEND provision, champion inclusive education, and support young people with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role
* Lead and oversee SEND provision across the school
* Support students with SEN, SEMH, and EHCPs
* Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals
* Drive positive behaviour, wellbeing, and student progress
* Support and guide staff with effective inclusive strategies
What We’re Looking For
* QTS and experience within SEN or Alternative Provision
* NASENCO qualification or willingness to achieve it
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* Passionate, resilient, and student-centred approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
