ABOUT YOU
You will have experience with contract cleaning in industrial, commercial, or domestic settings and be comfortable in an elderly care environment, with the ability to relate compassionately to residents. Supervisory experience, such as organizing rotas, delegating tasks, and training staff, is a plus but not essential. You may also have or be working towards a QCF Level 3 in Multi-skilled Hospitality Services (or equivalent), along with knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH Regulations, and Infection Control—though these are not mandatory.
What matters most is you being a positive role model with excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to motivate others to deliver the best service. You should be confident in taking charge, using your initiative to solve problems, and handling queries effectively.
