Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to make an impact on an exciting tech programme?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic non-profit organisation with a real purpose.
As Business Change Manager, you’ll take the lead on a major EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) upgrade programme that will deliver lasting benefits across the organisation and to its customers.
With phase 1 of this programme already underway, your focus will be on phases 2 and 3, replacing EPoS hardware across a UK-wide estate and an overhaul of the backend stock management systems. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running – applying proven change management theory and approaches, crafting engaging communications for diverse audiences, and designing and delivering training that sticks.
Reporting into the the EPoS Project Manager, you’ll be a confident advocate for people in a technology-driven environment – unafraid to challenge the status quo, influence senior leaders, and ensure our people are at the heart of every decision.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead change initiatives across the EPoS upgrade programme, aligning to the organisations strategic vision
2. Develop and deliver robust change plans, training, and communications
3. Engage and support stakeholders at all levels
4. Identify and manage resistance, champion adoption and track benefits realisation
5. Shape a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
6. Upskill and mentor Project Managers on smaller projects to deliver change management on their own
What you’ll bring:
7. A strong track record of managing and delivering successful change in complex organisations
8. Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (ADKAR), and tools
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills experience in designing and facilitating workshops to capture and analyse requirements and data
10. The ability to stand your ground and influence with confidence
11. A collaborative mindset and passion for making a real difference
12. An ability to lead, coach and develop teams

Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026.
This is a predominantly a remote based role offering lots of flexibility, but you will visit the organisation’s Swindon office occasionally (once or twice a month max).
