To provide advanced holistic assessment and develop highly specialist programmes of care for a significant clinical caseload. Making autonomous clinical decisions in line with best practice.

To provide clinical leadership relating to the “high risk foot” to ensure the safe delivery of the day‑to‑day provision of the podiatry service delivered across both community and hospital settings.
