Job Description
As Regional Growth Marketing & Business Development Manager within our Market & Clients team, you will support the regional growth team and Partners in planning and implementing a go-to-market strategy across the region.
This role will work alongside Partners and Directors to deliver the regional go-to-market strategy, focusing on target lists, key accounts, and rolling out national and local sales campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the Regional Growth Senior Manager in creating and delivering the regional growth strategy, understanding market opportunities and regional position.
* Provide sales enablement support to regional Partners and Directors, including developing target lists, researching targets, managing follow-up, pipeline management, and KPI embedding.
* Lead client and market boards to update on growth activities against KPIs.
* Collaborate with Partners and Directors on account management for regional accounts.
* Assist in local business development campaigns and identify new opportunities.
* Manage national campaign implementation within the region, ensuring follow-up and measuring ROI.
* Oversee local PR relationships to protect and enhance brand presence, and support Partners and Directors in building their profiles.
* Lead local brand building and business development events, especially in the Scottish market.
* Ensure effective internal communication across regional offices.
* Participate actively in the broader regional growth team, sharing ideas and efficiencies.
* Report on progress regularly.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in business development or marketing roles.
* Experience in coordinating marketing and business development plans for specific locations.
* Strong communication skills, especially influencing senior stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational and personal effectiveness skills with a results focus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Project management experience.
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of ROI measurement.
