RESPONSIBILITIES * Work on a wide range of high-value, complex corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, and restructurings. * Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, providing strategic solutions for clients across joint ventures, financing, and shareholder arrangements. * Advise on corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and compliance with regulatory and listing requirements. * Support cross-border transactions and provide guidance on partnerships, LLPs, and professional practice structures. * Gain hands-on experience with senior partners on high-value deals while following a clear career progression toward senior roles and potential partnership. * Thrive in a dynamic, supportive team environment with mentorship, professional development, and flexible working arrangements. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Qualifeid Solicitor or equivalent (england & Wales) with 2-8 years PQE in corporate law.
