Job Summary
Duty Manager – Edinburgh City Centre (Waverley) Premier Inn (24 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2QA). Working 40 hours per week, evenings and weekends included. Pay up to £13.86 per hour. Permanent contract.
Responsibilities
Lead a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel, manage health & safety standards, create an exceptional guest experience, and drive outstanding customer service. Use experience from retail or other leading roles to inspire and support staff.
Qualifications
Experience in leading a team, preferably in retail or hospitality. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage staff, meet standards and deliver excellent customer experience. Leadership experience relevant.
