As our Customer Services Assistant, you will ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality service and experience. You will be the friendly face welcoming owners and guests to our bistro, providing warm service and ensuring a seamless experience.
Your responsibilities include answering calls at reception, seating guests, advising on the menu, preparing coffee, promoting the village and health club, assisting with guest suites, responding to owner inquiries, monitoring stock levels, setting up for events, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in reception or customer-facing roles
* Previous hospitality experience and cash handling (preferable)
* A proactive 'can do' attitude and organized approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a focus on standards and sales opportunities
* Flexible and hands-on approach to duties and shifts
* Warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor
* Smart appearance and good timekeeping
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Compassionate and caring attitude
