We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Lead Transition Projects: Manage onboarding for incoming companies, ensuring seamless integration into HR systems and processes
* Support Local HR Teams: Provide clear guidance, resources, and toolkits to empower on-site HR managers
* Enhance Onboarding Experience: Design tailored, engaging onboarding journeys that meet company-specific needs
* Drive Insights & Compliance: Create reports and dashboards, maintain GDPR compliance, and stay ahead of legislative changes
* Build Stakeholder Trust: Foster confidence through a structured, professional approach and continuous process improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
